Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can help file a claim.


International Orders Policy
